Football New Brunswick There
are multiple pages and steps to the online registration process. Please
read the instructions carefully. The
registration system is configured to be completed by a parent or
guardian since players are under the age of majority (18). When
you click on the link you will see an initial page label “Account
Login” Below
the “Login” button there is a link labeled “Click Here to Create a
New Account” click
this link It
will bring up another page – THIS PAGE IS FOR PARENT / GUARDIAN
INFORMATION – Player info is added at a later screen. Enter
the parent / guardian info at this screen (you will only have to enter
this info once for all Football New Brunswick teams / clinics / events.
Note a number of fields are mandatory and you will not be able to
advance till these fields are completed.
Please ensure information is correct as it will be used to
contact your parents about various aspects of the teams including
changes to schedules etc.
When complete click “Submit” button. You
will now come to a page to add a player Click
on the button labeled “Add Family Member”
The
next screen allows you to enter PLAYER information.
Please note the date format will appear dd/mm/yyyy when you click
on that field.
Click “Add” button when field is complete.
This will take you back to previous screen - If the parent has
another child enter their data now, if not click on the “Continue
Registration“ button. The
next screen up is a Waiver Information screen.
Please read this carefully.
It will form a contract between the parent and Football New
Brunswick. Click
on the box “I
agree to the above term s and conditions” then click the “Next”
button. The
next screen is where you select what program you are signing up.
Click on the drop down box to “Choose a participant to
register”. Select
the child to register.
If you have multiple children you will select one at a time (the
second child will be selected at the next step) .
Click on the drop down box for “Season” and select U18.
Click on the drop down box for “Location” and select the
closest location. Click
“Add to Registration List” button. The
next screen will show the players name and the U18 Registration.
If you have multiple children participating you will select the
other children now.
If
that is complete and correct check the “Checkout”
button. Click
on the “Checkout” button.
Please note we are NOT equipped for online payment at this time. A message saying please bring your payment (cash or cheque payable to Football New Brunswick) (no post dated cheques) and a copy of you form to the first practice. Click the “Pay in Person” to bring up a message saying you have been successfully registered and an invoice. Please print this invoice and bring it with you payment to your first practice. |
